summer wardrobe.

So so long since I have posted. I wasn't sure whether my blog was something I wanted to continue or not, but over the weekend some old friends re-inspired me.... so here I am! This post is just a small preview of my summer wardrobe so far, but as most of us Victorians know, summer has hardly settled in, so I still have a few of my winter-ish garments out as well.

1. Basic Tops - I have these in so many colours it's ridiculous. For summer I still wear black and white alot, but in terms of colour I like corals and pinks, and this season - soft lime.
2. Boyfriend Jeans - I love these because I can just put them on to go anywhere, and they look great with flats, or with heels!
3. Shorties - I love flowy styles and distressed denim. These are my favourite pairs this season - both from Zara.
4. Shoes, shoes, shoes - always in neutral colours such as tan, black and beige.

I love stripes every season, winter, autumn, spring and summer. They are so classy, and timeless. This one is from Witchery - I love the embellishments on the shoulders.

Soft, see through knits - perfect for this unpredictable weather that we have had lately! Zara is the best for these I find because they never stretch or go out of shape, and the care instructions are much easier than many knits from other brands.

Leather vests - day or night, these will jazz up any outfit, or add a tom boy effect, without the warmth of a leather jacket.

Senso Sasha's - best summer heel I have ever had - they go with everything and anything, and because they are so different, people always compliment them or notice them which is always nice.

Crochet and denim shorts. This top is from Sportsgirl, and the shorts are from Portmans. They both go with everything and I wear them to death. If I can't be bothered putting any effort into an outfit them I chuck on these items and I'm good to go. Someone else likes them too? Meet Kobe, my little pugalier (pug x king charles cavalier), the newest fashionista in our household.

So, I hope you enjoyed the new post! Good to be back. :)
